Victorious Satellites to parade Trophy

In view of the achievement by the Nation’s Under-20 team, the Black Satellites, in the just ended World Cup Tournament in Egypt a ceremony has been arranged for the team to parade the trophy, and to present it to President John Evans Atta Mills at the Castle Osu. 
A statement issued by the Ministry of Youth and Sports, said the ceremony will be preceded by a news conference at 9.00am at the M-Plaza Hotel.  Immediately after the news conference at 10.00 o’clock,  the float will take off from the M-Plaza Hotel, through Accra Girls School, Mamobi, Nima, and Ring Road Central to Kwame Nkrumah Circle.  
They will continue through the High Street, and straight to the independence Square where admirers of the victorious Satellites, supporters, and the public will have the privilege of viewing the young warriors at close-up.  
Music will be provided throughout the procession, and also non-stop at the Independence Square to further enliven the occasion.  
The Trophy will then be presented to President Mills at the Castle, Osu before the grand ceremony at the independence square.
